Prior Information Notice

Works

ILBANK (Iller Bankası A.Ş.) has applied for grant in the amount of EUR 66.915.136,00 equivalent from the EIB (European Investment Bank) toward the cost of the Municipal Resilience Facility I, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for works to be procured under this project.

These contracts are expected to be implemented from 2020 to 2021.

The project will include the following bids;

• Construction of Sewerage and storm water networks – Kilis
• Construction of Solid Waste Disposal Facility – Kilis
• Renewal of Drinking Water Line – Hatay / Kumlu
• Renewal of Drinking Water Line – Hatay / Reyhanlı
• Renewal of Drinking Water Line – Hatay / Kırıkhan
• Construction of Harbiye Drinking Water Networks – Hatay / Defne
• Construction of WWTP – Hatay / Altınözü
• Construction of Sewerage Networks – Hatay / Yayladağı
• Construction of WWTP – Hatay / Yayladağı
• Construction of Akçakale Drinking Water Network – Şanlıurfa
• Construction of Bozova Drinking Water Network – Şanlıurfa
• Construction of Harran Drinking Water Network – Şanlıurfa
• Construction of Karkamış and Boğaziçi WWTP – Gaziantep
• Construction of Karkamış and Boğaziçi Sewerage Network – Gaziantep
• Construction of Karkamış Drinking Water Network – Gaziantep
• Construction of Gürlevik Transmission Line Project – Adıyaman
• Construction of Besni Sewerage Networks – Adıyaman
• Construction of Besni WWTP –Adıyaman

Procurement of contracts financed by the European Investment Bank (EIB) will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the EIB Guide to Procurement (GtP) (Article 3.7.4) (available on: https://www.eib.org/en/infocentre/publications/all/guide-to-procurement.htm) in English language.
