2. The ASAT General Directorate now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for water meters of 100.000 units. Planning contract period is 5 months and location of delivery is Antalya ASAT General Directorate.
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 (November 2017 Revision) (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Mr. Murat ZEYDANLI and inspect the bidding document during office hours 09:00 to 17:00 hours at the address given below

5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of 250 TL or US $50. The method of payment will be bank transfer to ASAT, Accounting Department in the relevant bank accounts stated below referring also to Contract No. ASAT 3/G2. The fee deposited for purchasing the Bidding Documents shall by no means be returned. The Bidding Documents will be hand delivered from the address stated below upon the presentation of the Bank receipt. Bidding Documents may be delivered by courier if requested upon submission of a Bank receipt by the receiver. Purchasing the bidding document is a precondition for the bid submission.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10.12.2019, 14:00 (local time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 10.12.2019, 14:15 (local time).
