QUALİTY POLİCY 

The quality policy of the Bank is to ensure the following by prioritizing the satisfaction of Local Governments, collaborating parties and employees:

  • Observance of effectiveness and efficiency principles in services;  
  • Provision of quality and continuous service;
  • Leadership for implementation of investments in accordance with modern technologies; and  
  • Use of public finance in the right place, within the regulatory framework and in line with public interests by adopting a customer-oriented service approach and a risk-based mindset as a philosophy and lifestyle.
