Distribute the shares allocated from the National Budget to local governments,
Implement profit-oriented real-estate investment projects or have the same implemented in order to provide funds to the Bank without undertaking any debt or conditional liability;
Carry out or cause to carry out special projects and urban infrastructure projects and works required by the Ministry,
Cooperate with domestic and foreign financial institutions,
Provide funds from domestic and foreign financial institutions, money and capital markets and all kinds of funds,
Purchase, sell, lease, lease out all kinds of vehicles and movable and immovable properties, and establish for and against pledges, liens, usufructs, easements, real estate obligations, and other partnerships,
Provide project designing and consultancy services abroad within the scope of the field of activity on the condition that the finance is provided from resources apart from its own equity and that it is not against the Banking Law,
Mediate the use of the financing provided for the implementation of projects,
Carry out all kinds of training and information activities for shareholding administrations.
