Announcement of Cancellation of the Call for General Assembly Meeting;
The call for the general assembly meeting, which would be held on 26/03/2020 at 14:00 in Sheraton Ankara Hotel & Convention Center (address: Noktalı Sokak No:1 Kavaklıdere-Çankaya/ANKARA), was published on the 660th page of Turkish Trade Registry Gazette issue no. 10029 dated 04/03/2020.
The aforesaid general assembly meeting has been cancelled by the Board decision 12/388 dated 19/03/2020, to be held at a later date, due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak, within the framework of the recommendations for the measures to be taken to prevent the spread of the disease in our country. The announcement regarding the cancellation has been published on the 619th and 620th pages of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette issue no. 10042 dated 23/03/2020.
It is announced that the call for the following general assembly meeting will be made within the framework of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.
